Interesting discussion about clicking it back - tried it like once and it worked lol. I probs nit it up too much in these spots on average.

clicking it back is making it 1.80 there Smile also, your hand is probably strong enough to call in that spot imo.

ah, right (deflated! Wink) I did think that I could get away with smaller. Didn't realise clicking it back meant a strict sizing.
For sure I'm probably bluffing with the best hand a decent amount, but I didn't know whether villain would let me get to showdown if I just called and just fancied trying to shut it down there and then given my feeling that he was FOS.

Great thread thanks for doing this!

Did you have some kind of a read in that T8s hand where you clicked back the flop, or did you just go with the assumption that people don't usually raise Qx or a set on that flop?

Both but mostly A

I watched the hand-review video you made with snarble, great stuff, thanks a lot you guys! 3bet, will you be posting a video of your own play at 25NL as advertised? Would love to see that, especially with comments about your thought process as you're playing....

Yes i will be doing that.

Do you guys ever win like three pots of 200bbs then lose one pot like 150bb a bunch of smaller ones and still end up losing.. that seems to be happening to me lately while playing micro and i cant figure out why Frown((

Yes, usually fancy play syndrome/bluffing too much. Just value bet big and give up on other spots, you can't outwit a player who's just clicking random buttons. It will feel weak tight but its the fastest way out of the micros

Seriously try play some sessions where you are only allowed to bluff thru cbets/double/triple barrelling ban everything else (or try to, alot harder than you think).

And people who like to call rivers like that, value bet them big!

seems like a good call on his part. I'd expect you to bet turn with anything good since a) there's fish in the pot and b) you have no reason to expect him to bet there with a high frequency. I'd also expect you to bet with a FD to try apply pressure and take it down instead of letting them check down marginal/weak showdown hands.

he probably wasn't thinking this through and was just calling because he's a station, but either way I think the play was good given the info you gave.

Yea, when I look at pots won or lost over 40 bb, the won column usually heavily outweighs the lost column, but I lose alot more small pots because people don't fold, ever. and I suck in small multiway pots. Also, the rake might be a big factor if winning 100 bb pots, you get back like 175 bbs. When losing you straight lose the 100 bbs.

@ the bluffcatch: once you check the flop or turn nobody ever gives you credit for a hand, same with bet/check/bet , the information that this is never a bluff hasnt come down to micros yet (although those might be the only stakes where this is always a vbet Smile )
