I think just remember this I was reading from 2+2

"There's no need to be fancy whatsoever. All you do is keep making the right choices (like betting when you flop trips) based on the situation and they'll continue to make the wrong choices (like call a 3/4 pot turn bet hoping for 4 outs). In fact the fish only have one advantage over you: they're unpredictable. Most of their actions have no logic behind them and you will often be stupefied by what they do. You can't outplay someone if they aren't playing the same game you are. Thus the only option you have is to play solid fundamental poker and be patient. Eventually you win, and they lose."

Fully agree! What makes fish even more unpredictable is that they all even have their own tendencies. Some donk with weak hands, others donk with nut hands. They all can take different weird lines depending on what our exact action was...

I honestly wouldnt bother assigning villan a range as its too wide, go more on tendencies and reads. Does this guy over value hands so a weak ace on 3 to a flush board? Or is he really passive and only wakes up with the nuts?

I wouldn't check the turn but just keep value betting, if raised I would consider villans tendencies.

why'd you check turn?

I timed out id never intentionally check turn well not never but really really unlikely

To me, this looks like a really standard fold TBH vs a villain who probably is pretty passive.
