I'm using Chrome and IE, tried to upload a 160 mega video twice. It got to 100% and then a screen appeared saying there was an internal error.

It says it'll fix itself shortly. How long should I wait before trying again?

I tried uploading a video using the link you provided ( http://www.deucescracked.com/member_videos ) and at the end of the upload, it said "failed: IO error". Any thoughts on how to fix this??

Make sure the file name you guys are uploading doesn't have any spaces -- there's a problem right now with file names with spaces that we're trying to fix. If you rename the file first (replace spaces with an underscore ("_"), it should work.

Took the spaces out and it worked for me.

Thanks, Rob.

I took the spaces out, but instead of giving me the error message, it sat there at 100% and didn't change. So I closed out my browser and reopened it and the video didn't upload for whatever reason.

Hmmm, the file is up there, so I don't know why you got the 404. I can download it from the server now though.

What browser are you using? I can't duplicate this problem -- what is the filename?

I'm using the latest edition of Firefox. I forget the exact file name since I don't have it on my computer anymore but it didn't have any spaces. I think it was 50NL_3tbl.avi or something like this. The next time I make a video I'll try to upload it to the member vids section again and we'll see if it works then. If it doesn't work then I'll post back in here.

I'm going to try uploading in IE as well in a bit.

Also, does it help that the upload "completes" really really quickly (i.e. it gets to 100% in less than a minute)? I've never uploaded 150mb that fast in my life.

If the upload is going that quickly, it's very likely not uploading at all, but I have no idea what it would be doing. We're looking into it but it's tough since we can't duplicate it (yet). Smile
