.5/1 video on stars
I made this video last week and decided to upload it here to gather some more comments.
I think my biggest leaks are not winning enough w/o showdown so it would be nice if you guys could look for that.

I watched your video and made some comments about your play. Most of them are negative. I've tried to point out spots where I think you made some mistakes. Overall I think you played well.
3:20 - 88 hand. You absolutely cannot fold here. One of the biggest leaks players at 100NL have is that
they tend to c-bet way too often. You should encounter this by check-raising a lot of flops. Although I don't think a raise wold be bad here, a call is probably better. If your opponent is very aggressive and you're afraid that he will just barrel off a lot of the time, you could consider 3-betting preflop. But calling pre and check-calling flop is definitely standard.
3:50 - A2 hand. I don't mind the check-fold here that much. It's a small pot and he can have it until you have reads on the player.
8:50 - A8 hand. I would probably be betting the flop most of the time. Checking can't be that bad, though.
12:00 - The $9 raise with 66 is a little overly aggressive imo. I would be raising 88+, AQ+, AJs to $6 or $7. I'd widen the range if I felt like I was in command of the table. But not too much, seeing as we're OOP.
13:50 - K9 hand. This is just a bad board to stab at. There are thousands of draws out there. So if you're gonna bluff the turn you basically have to bluff most rivers. Having said that, the 8 of hearts might be THE worst card to continue on. If you were planning to fire a lot of rivers, I think your play has some merit at least.
20:00 - Upper left. Why not throw in a button raise with 95s. The players in the blinds seem pretty bad. Plus, you would have flopped a pair and a flush draw. ![]()
20:20 - I like the fact that you're not flatting AJo, but I would also 3-bet sometimes, even against a tight UTG range.
22:20 - You pull in the 88 hand. That fold is just totally wrong. You should call at least for set value.
23:30 - The QJs fold is way too tight. I would always defend that hand, regardless of stack sizes.
43:00 - You should try limping behind on the button with hands like A5o. You can definitely take down a lot of limped pots by just betting in position.
Like I said, I like your game. You play a tight ABC style that suits 100NL well. But there are definitely spots where it's just +EV for you to loosen up preflop. There weren't too many interesting hands postflop. In the big pot you lost with A2s vs. AQ I think you played perfectly fine.
i'm gonna try and watch and comment this video before the end of the week. As a 50nl and 100nl player I think it will be interesting for both of us.
