Villain is laggy. No stats, problems w/ HM importing. He called vaery loose oop and had called all 5 of my 3 bets. One time he min raised over my cbet in a 3 bet pf pot and I jammed over him and he folded. He called a lot of cbets and c/r them quit often, too.

1st hand seems standard but want to make sure as I can't seem to win these days. I decide to wait for a clean turn to jam, but he does it for me. I can't lay this down can I?
