Don't you think you're giving off too much of a betsizing tell with your $1.5 bets on weak flops and $2 bets on strong flops?

Wow this guy is a terribad reg. Saw his ptr graph. He must be thinking it's just the runbad. lol
Very nice video thank you

If that was the case then definitely. So long as I am aware I'm making bet sizes like that it's not a huge leak against weak opponents, but if I'm unaware it could be really bad. I'm good at adjusting so I can get away with cheap tricks like this, but it's not a good long term tactic. Consistency in bet sizing is important.
Very nice vid sir. I especially like how you explain that you are getting reads of your opponent in various situations. OOP in single raised pots and 3bet pots, IP in single raised pots and 3bet pots. Will definitely use this concept in my 6max game. BTW, congrats on your WSOP cash. Hope you crushed in the Main Event, as well!
hey krantz baby.
just a quick q. another vid somewhere mentioned that a uNL or SSNL, due to the high percentage of rake per pot, it should affect the number of hands you open from the button (and i think, play from the BB as well). do you have an opinion on this? does the rake factor into your decisions in these games?

never really thought about that... no clue what the rake even is at these stakes, but i wouldn't be shocked if it's a factor at uNL. i'm prob not the best person to ask about that question, tbh
i'll make some enquiries elsewhere.
i mean, i know you're not playing MUCH poker these days. are you allowed to reveal some of your HU stats? what are you opening on the btn sizewise and freq wise?
out of the BB, what are you calling and 3-betting %wise in general to a min-raise and a 3x raise of an opponent who's opening 100% eg.? is it mainly the ability of the opponent which dictates a divergence from these figures?

barely playing HU and Im not using a HUD/tracker at the moment, so I couldn't tell you... but to your question about diverging from your standards, yes it depends on the ability of the opponent and what he does post-flop. you can have two opponents who both open 100% but one never cbets and the other always does. how would you change your preflop play depending on which one you're up against?
i didnt really mean these days. i was wondering if you had a gameplan down to the decimal point when you were regularly playing High Stakes HUNL.
no i know postflop stats of the opponent will affect your pf and flop stats but sauce123 i think was playing ~85% out of the BB (and i believe 100% OTB) in that All Star Showdown on stars recently, I was trying to see if you condoned/ever played that loose out of the BB.
i have to go to bed in a minute although seeing as you're about J would've loved to have continued talking but i know i always ask you, and you always answer. but like they say with the 6 max games just continue getting harder, the HUNL beasts keep stronger. do you think that you could ever match the top dogs again honestly?
i dont mean that in a derogatory way, its like with kanu7 he's said he plays a match wins/loses 100k then disappears for 7 days from the high stakes scene. im guessing analysing every hand from the previous match, working on opponent-centred gameplans, working on general strategies.and its not from a skill perspective, do you think you have that drive to do that in poker?
i only ask cos for me. i dont have any money so i have to put that work in. doesnt mean i want to. its just a card game.
i never played high stakes that loose out of the BB, but if sauce is doing it it's probably the best way for him to play against the types of opponents he's playing. i didn't have a gameplan down to the decimal point, i had a standard strategy i was constantly tweaking and adjusting in game and out of game depending on the players i was playing and strategies i was seeing people use in general
i don't have the drive to be where kanu7 and sauce are. you definitely need to want to put that work in, it needs to be an obsession, if you want to be at the tip top of the food chain.
