Villian is unknown. We played only 55 hands.

Call vs Steal 17%
3b: 4,8%

WSD: 60%

We only played one noteable hand. I X-Raised J24 3, and bluffed big on River A. He jamed, i folded.
The rest of the match was just he folding to my steals and me 3-betting him quite a bit.

What does it need for this Hand to be a call ?

Against most TAGs and weak tight/ loose Players its almost always a fold ?
Which Hand is the bottom of your calling Range here?

Im calling a flush. Even a weak flush I might fold (and be exploitable)

He is really tight preflop, and this line is either big flushes or pair+draw turned into a bluff.
Given he will have big pairs most of the time (Kx with heart) he should be more inclined to call than bluff.
