Nice 3 parter for sure....interesting you mention about having to punish the guy as much as possible for playing 76% oop and how he could play 76% oop if hero makes life easy enough for him, something im guilty of i think...just seem to end up drifting into the mindset that the money with eventually flow to me due to how loose he is rather than seizing on spots i can exploit him....defo food for thought.

Good stuff

Is there any merit to going for a CR on the river? Assuming his bet size was more "normal", around 250-275. Would it be better or worse to CR if stacks were deeper? If a CR is bad because he's going to fold Tx and only call with better, could we CR bluff? His range seems pretty capped to me.

Regarding the same hand, my default line with KT and better would be to go bet/bet/bet and have some range of bluffs. Assuming no game-changing reads are there are glaring issues with taking that line? The main problem I have with checking the turn is that it's just never a bluff when hero goes bet/check/bet here, I hate freerolling him turn to river and villain should be able to play river perfectly after hero check/calls turn.

Love the series, thanks WoT.

river c/r is interesting. not something I really considered or have ever really done in this type of spot. usually I don't do it because most villains bet Tx on the turn and if they didn't I'd be afraid they wouldn't bet/call Tx or that he'd bet smaller than I would. Obviously those fears may or may not be founded in reality with this opponent (or others) but I guess that's why I can't really say whether or not I liek a c/r here because I never do it lol... Similarly for bluff, if we think he's bet/folding Tx then it seems liek we might want to try to get him off basically 100% of his range by going for a c/r, so definitely an interesting point you bring up and something to consider in the future.

As far as going 3 streets with KT, i would against some opponents here but not others. While it's true the bet/check/bet line is hard to be a bluff in this spot, 3 street bluffing on this turn/river is pretty suicidal as well unless you have some read that villain is raising flop with TP very often (so fewer 3 street bluffs bluffs -> fewer value bets). I think either bet bet check/decide or bet check bet or bet check check is going to be better against most people. Obviously going 3 with JJ is better than KT because of card removal considerations as well. I'm not saying you can't go 3 here with KT, just that it's probably not my default on this turn. Going 3 with JJ would be my default though, probably AT too. KT could definitely get put into that group too with some other considerations like f3b% and flop raising tendencies etc.
