I don't like the shove in the 63s hand. As you said, you would bet K9 for protetion/value on the turn, so your pretty much only repping QJ and i think he expects you to barrel with it, because it is one of your better semibluffing hands on this board. So from your 16 QJs and QJo combos, he can discount prob even like 12 combos, which leaves you with 4 combos. Lets add 3 K7s combos and your valuerange contains 7 combos. Given that you call with hands like 63s, your bluffingrange becomes way too wide. I wouldn't fold any pair to your rivershove and strongly consider calling with AJ and AQ if I somhow got to the river with it.
