On these previous XR was he barreling as well? or just XR then check it down if he missed? I think that's probably pretty valuable here to know

What's he flatting pre with? low pocket pairs, Ax K6+, Q9+ J9+, suited connectors 78+
is my guess.

He XR you which you seem to think is semi-bluffs, so I feel like the only think you can put him on here is something like 78 or 89. Though made hands, he could also have A8, K8, 44,55,66,77,88, 99 in there. I think hands like AK, AQ, QQ, JJ, TT would probably 3 bet preflop.

The turn i feel could be standard continuation of the agression but idk if he's done this in the past with draws, if not, i think it weights him to more value that beats you.

Then the river pairing kind of sucks cause I dont think it's unlikely for him to be pulling that XR with a hand like 78 or 89, he has the OESD and top pair into a raiser who didn't likely hit this flop. I think a set on the flop made into a full house on the river can be played like this as well so I feel like you are beat.

Against a loose passive one I can find the fold button.

If you're not comfortable calling down here with AA to c/r I would probably just check back here. I think this is a pretty good spot to pot control.

Meh, I shove the flop - he's only got $25 left after his raise. You still have equity vs top pair and OESD, you also have fold equity (representing over pair)

As played fold river.

"Only" 100bb left?
Shoving flop is bad because vs. his calling range you are crushed, even if he calls OESD.
I think calling such a large bet on the turn + folding river may not be the best. I think I would decide on the turn to go all the way (unless 4, 8, or 9 hit) or fold. That would leave me with three options:
- fold turn
- call turn + river
- shove turn.
