Hi Foxwoodfiend,
On the 4sAs3hKs board where we held Ac4c, my initial thinking is that we should bet the turn as we want to get maximum value from a weaker hand like Ax and furthermore don't want to give our opponent a free card if he has a club in his hand or have all action killed if a 4th club falls on the river. My interpretation of your analysis is that check calling is better because we are assuming that Cole would bet a hand like Ax on the turn anyway so that we would still get value from hands that we beat while at the same time getting value from floats. Is my interpretation correct? Thanks!
question regarding the a3s hand vs transkilla
when regulator makes the god-awful river bluff of 750 would a bigger bet (push?) be good or do you prefer a check because hero just can't rep much? you mention 1100ish being better but still not great. then a little later it sounded like you were about to address that but continued with a previous line of thought (~34:50).
thanks
your videos are really good btw

pot control's just more important when that turn card comes down and there's not much value in a bet because i don't think cole calls down there.

a jam might be more likely to get a call in this spot because overbets are normally interpreted as polarizing a guy's range and if he can't have the "nuts" part of the polarization too often given past streets it just means bluff. sorry for poor wording but it's 4 a.m. and i've played a donkament all day, need sleep.
really enjoyed the vid, fwf you're the greatest
hi fwf
about the boosted J hand
i agree that dogisheads line was pretty bad. i think a merge is definitely in order somewhere
do you like checking back turn then overbetting river to rep a polarized range as an alternative to betting turn, betting river. someone said (might have been you) that they like to overbet air and merges and that a good thing about overbetting with merges is to prevent c/r bluffs. seems like here overbetting would actually be cheaper than betting small for value/to induce.
maybe this is a dumb question, but on the 8hJc4c board (first hand), why is he more likely to peel an ace hi hand? Seems like a pretty drawy board to me where an ace high wouldn't want to peel

If you are going to check-call, can you turn your 2-pair into a bluff on the river vs cole south since when he checks back you lose?
