"Limping the button is a good idea because, your controlling the pot size in position, and he can start to do things like Limp reraising me, basically playing a 3bet pot in postion."

and

"Because when you limp he will make smaller 3bets, so you will be able to call them cheaply in position."

So we should do this with hands that we like but don't support a 3 bet? hands like 1 gap connectors? Do you have some HH about this? If yes, can you post 1 or 2 please? Smile

Yes, limp those hands that you would be tempted to defend to a 3bet but probably shouldnt, like Q8s and the like. raise the button with stuff that is an easy fold or easy continue to a 3bet.

Wow this ^ is a great thread! I was left with tons of questions regarding limping when you were advocating that you're opponent should be doing so. I haven't heard much about it in the series.

On a more serious note:
I think we've neglected to mention the most important aspect about this episode which is clearly that Wilt completely dominated Rosenkrantz's winnings. haha

As well as the fact remains that Rozenkrantz effectively broke even, following his brilliant "catch trip 5s when shoving 52s preflop" play (among many other ways to describe it), before they began recording.

(yeah well you both could have gone busto and I'd still have pirate and clown nightmares.. don't mess with kilt and trantz)
