Have been playing opponent for a while. He made a few comments in the chat about "but seccks" (really written like that) and about the fact that I am a passive nit.

I stacked him 3 times in the beginning of the match but then he sucked me out a few times and won a big pot of me with the nuts

Notes:

flats 4bet with tjo bluffs his stack off on Q high turn and river.
c/r dry flop barrels blank turn and an overcard on the river with airball.
shoves 33 over my 4bet.
Valuebets second pair in 3bet pot and barrels overcard turn as a bluff or for value ??

In this hand I think given our stacks a flop raise is appropriate and also b/c of the fact that the board is quite drawy..

On the turn I wanted to check in order to get him to spazz on the river. On the other hand he could have made 2 pair or top pair which he could c/s ... Opinions?

On the river I am really confused about which betsize to take..

yeah hes spazzy but prob not on a coordinated board like this..
he would also probly 3b the flop if he wanted to spazz
or even so more if he wanted to spazz a ton he would c-r turn
chking turn to induce river with this board vs this player is bad because there are some rivers that are gonna put u in a difficult spot
and u might be missing a ton of value on the turn
as played on river id just bet 24-28... if he wasnt the type to be aggro and vb thinly id prob overbet because if we overbet river here it will scream strenght and he might just call with a hand like ak rather than shoving

I would bet the turn here, since there's a decent amount of cards you really dont want to see on the river, that either kill your action or cause you opponent to draw out on you. So its a bet for value/protection.

Also when he's calling the flop a hand like AQ is most definitely in his range maybe even AT/ A9, so that might give him 2pair on the turn, that he's willing to call another bet with or even stack off with.

On the river when he doesnt bet he's probably not that strong, so I would bet something around 22-25 and hope he calls with some of his weaker hands.

Yeah you need to bet turn to get stacks in.

Villain isnt likely to spazz out or bluff because its pretty clear he has some SD value hand, therefore you need to apply pressure and bet.

By checking you lose sooo much value.

I think I like a smaller flop raise to induce some spaziness. Its certainly warrented given your notes.
He will prolly shove top/pairs and oesd air, given he likes to play for stacks alot.
If you raise to 10 on the flop this guy will want to shove so bad with his air that he gives up with to a normal size raise.

I'd def bet turn, even if he tries to steal on river every single time. It's not like you have 1 potsized bet left and are getting it in no matter what happens on river. Also I'd raise flop bigger, there are a lot of strong draws and made hands out there, I imagine he's going to 3bet or at least flat a lot, and $12 is not even 3x his small bet

Guy is obv very bad/spazzy. After 3 betting he has some sort of made hand/draw a ton (although you give us no info on his 3 bet %/range), so raise the flop bigger, like to 15. The turn is an easy easy bet as well. He will semibluff/turn made hands into bluffs/call down way lighter than he should etc etc. All of this of course is in general as I have no idea how he views you. As played, I'd just bet like 28 on the river, assuming he will call w/ his weak SD value hands a ton cause you checked the turn so you're obviously bluffing.
