good spot to bluff on river? Im playing a multitabling reg. Very check callig postflop unless have nuts when he take the aggressive line. Preflop very loose, open maybe 90% on btn, 3-bet alot and calls a lot of 3-bet.

I'm not a fan of the bet here against this guy. Guys like this almost never put you on a runner runner flush and basically all of your draws missed. So I think you get looked up by most of his 1 pair hands and are really only folding some A highs and his draws that missed. If I was going to bet this river i would make it 4 to 4.5. I think that puts a lot more fear in these guys and makes them think a lot harder about if you really did hit that runner runner.
