This is early in the match, I don't have many reads, he seems to know what he is doing, does he almost always have a J here?

I dont think so, once the board pairs I doubt that he'll still go for a Flush on the turn OOP being 200bb's deep. If he's a fish it could be debatable but vs 98% of opponents I fold here.

He almost definitely has a J here...

His range before the turn could include some flush draws, although he would be overplaying them if he calls your raise with anything but an AdXd. If he is a thinking player he might think you are semi bluffing with a flush, but I would need a read to assume he had this much of a brain, and he would have to think you were capable of this level of play (the microstakes leveling game -- figuring out just how dumb your opponents are, and how capable they are of doing things beyond the realm of sanity...)

His action on the flop represents AJ, JJ, KJ, QJ assuming he wouldn't play worse than that on the BB.
