This 60bb guy just sat down and its the first hand in this match. So i have no reads nor stats.

Poker Stars $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 2 players - View hand 1816795
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

BTN/SB: $30.62
Hero (BB): $85.35

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is BB with 9 Spade A Club
BTN/SB raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1

Just bet normal size, so he can come over the top himself.

This.

Also give him a chance to call with 5x, overcards A hi. Fish can call with anything on that turn.

Cr'ing TPTK on the flop is fine against a guy who buys in for a weird amount like that. He could be peeling as wide as any pair and even some Ax hands. I don't see a reason to overbet the turn as you run the risk of scaring away some of the weaker pairs he's calling on the flop. I would bet 7 to 9 and get it in on any river if he calls.
