Heads Up NL Poker Forums

How come there are no books about this form of poker. I find it really quite strange and the only real reason i can think of is because its a niche and good players would lose some of there edge?

Moshman made a book but i hear its super basic and aimed at fairly new players and also is more aimed toward SNGs.

just guessing but could be coz target audience is so small in comparison with other poker varients

I bet theres loads of 6 max players who would love to play HU they just suck at it because they dont know what they are doing and it costs to much to learn.

yea thats quite possible, id be all for the increased traffic hu lol, hu is like marmite i think...in general you either love it or really hate it haha

Mochman has a book on HUSNG.

I've seen other people recommend Mathematics of Poker for HU.

Paul Wasicka was supposed to be doing a HU book, but that apparently has been cancelled.
