OK I've been experimenting with bigger 3bet bet sizes Vs an opponent who never folds to 3bet, or at least not often like 20% and lower. Lately my sizes have been 4 to 5x and I'm obviously never 3bet bluffing these guys. So my question is if my range is something like AQs+ TT+ what is to big and will create bad SPR with hands like TT on AJ3 boards?

Also "never folding to a 3b" is too generic as well. If you have AA and he "never" folds, then just shove. You have to experiment with 3b sizes against each opponent and find out how big raises is he going to call. Then you know how much to raise.

In position or out of position matters too, if you reach the 12 to 15bb mark then you're going to be playing a 2 street game instead of a 3 street game post-flop. That's not necessarily a bad thing mind you, but you'll have to adjust your post-flop bet-sizing accordingly.
