Played this hand against very weak passive guy
Put him on a range of AK-AT, KQ,KJ, 77+
Felt like a good spot to end it but should I have waited for a better spot considering he was so weak?
Opinions on play gladly recieved

This line is okay, but you definitely don't have to c-r so big with these shallow stacks. There's also nothing wrong with just calling the flop since you have more than enough equity to continue on any turn. Which line is better depends on your opponents tendencies, and since the Villain here is described as weak i'd probably just call because we might be in bad-ish shape vs his flop getting in range. It's also nice to take the lower variance line in a once-a-year tournament like this one.

This site doesn't really specialize in HUSNG content, but if you're interested in great HU cash videos that definitely have concepts applicable to HUSNGs I'd recommend dog is heads up and the pr1nnyraiding series.
The reason you can raise smaller with shallower stacks is that you will get the same range to continue with a cheaper price which is very important when you're bluffing. Since the stacks are shallow the Villain can't just continue with any two against a small raise because he's still risking a significant portion of his stack.
Oh and I think the range you put Villain on for shoving the flop is somewhat incorrect, since he definitely will not have pairs below a king. They would definitely call or some even fold to the flop check-raise since he plays weakly. He also might do this with some strong flushdraws, but a weak player might not jam AT here even though most probably would.
