No reads as it's a new game. should I fold pre, raise pre or flat call? After that this hand was a definate fold on flop right?

I'm not sure if I'd flat or reraise hand 1. Part of me wants to reraise so you have a better chance to double up quick (which is a big advantage in PLO tournaments I think) but part of me likes calling since you're OOP and your hand isn't super huge, what with the dangler and the gaps. Postflop is obviously a c/f since you have no piece of it and your backdoor draws arent even to the nuts.

Hand 2 is clearly standard and fine as played.
