Seat8 is a huge fish, plays 50%+ vpip
Seat4 is relatively unknown, he as plaid only 40 hands but seems to play to loose on 3rd, playing 40% vpip (unless he just had a good rush of playable hands over this sample)

Should I be putting more/less action on certain streets ?

I guess I should probably 3bet on 4th. At the time I decided to call, to rep 2 low cards + a pair of 2's, as if I 3bet it's pretty clear I have at least 2 pairs.

After 4th it's clear that seat 8 is not gonna fold even facing 2 big bets cold on 5th, thats why I elected to c/r instead of leading again.
