Probably going to set it up so that we have a tournament scheduled every Saturday at 12pm EST. Then everyone will just get used to it being at that time and people can show up if they are available. And I'll have the ring games available to play as well during the tournament. Hopefully by making this a regular Saturday thing we can get more people interested so we have enough for a decent little tournament each week.

I was busy playing in the Delaware Park Poker Classic last weekend, but I scheduled a tournament to run every Saturday at 12. Does anyone know if it worked or if anyone showed up?

Meh. Had a great table (although I'm pretty sure every single table was a great table), but got shortstacked early after a river suckout. Survived for 6 hours just making shove steals and whatnot. Then the dinner break was coming up and I got it all-in on a flush draw w/ 1 card to come. I calculated that I was getting ~5:1 so I had the necessary equity. If I had binked a heart, then I would have gone into the break with my first above avg stack of the day. If I had folded, then I would have had 4bbs and would have been forced to wait an hour to play my next hand. I missed and went home and had pizza and ice cream
