Played this hand in a Stud8 session recently & felt totally lost as the hand progressed.
Thoughts on how to play the hand from 5th street & beyond ... at what points would your actions be different to the ones I ttook & why?

u play the hand fine except 7th street. seat doesnt have a straight by 6th straight, he would have raised, so u can easily have a better 2pair than him. seat 1 can have a very good low hand with a mediocre hi hand. given the pot odds, u have to call river. u'll lose most of the time, but u r getting abt 9 to 1 to win the high.

You HAVE to call river.

3rd is a fold, high only hands play awfully multiway, but especially with the dead J.

Agree on fold 3rd, wtf on the rest OP? More action everywhere you have a great situation here they are all low and dead for high mostly. I'd be jamming more on 6th for sure and easy river call

Given the strongest board just called (and no one calls there with a straight), a raise on 6th should go in after the check. Makes no sense to call 6th then fold river here, yes.

OK, so it was a pretty horrible fold on the river ...

Didn't realise it was so bad to play on 3rd. At what point does a hand like (JJ)K (ie: high only w/biggish pair) become playable, if so bad multiway against low hands?

Either way methinks it might be time to watch (or re-watch) some videos soon ...
