your defend range would probably do only cause u mentioned it on the video but never told us
watching an old video and asking questions is kinda meh but you are still onsite so..
I guess my standard defend range would be roughly
2x
3x (fold 36/38 against tight opponent)
and often will play something I wouldn't otherwise play if I have blockers (447, 557, 338, etc etc).
I don't really defend anything with a 9 that I don't 3bet (so either throw the 9 or 3bet 9654x etc).
Obviously this really depends, if your opponent folds 40% of his buttons or something silly you can comfortably fold all 3x hands and 28/26.
FWIW this isn't really mathbased or anything, it's just what I do. If you always defend 38 or always fold it I don't think it makes the biggest difference.
