Oh thank goodness. When I originally saw this video was up I feared it was going to be when Joe Tall found out about the super secret DC 1k minimum buy-in 2/4 HORSE game and he'd just spend the whole video berating Nfinity for calling with a bare A7 low in O8.

Haven't watched it yet, but this was something I'd been thinking of suggesting in the vid suggestion thread.

Now on to the feature presentation.

Some really good discussion in this video.

I was also a bit confused like DD about when to jam in a 3 way pot, thanks for shedding some light on it Joe.

Thats from twodimes. i gave villain best possible starting hand that didnt pair the 2 or 4 and left 7th street blank... and with that we have enough to call since we are going to win the high half the time. but that said, there are going to also be the times that we were already losing to two pair.. which has to be sometimes... less with the deuces dead... i think it would be fair to say that it hurts your equity of taking half the pot by at least 10% since there are 4 cards that could be in the whole (4, 4, 4, 2) that give him the scoop.. and he has those cards approx 10%.... which makes this a slightly losing call.

That said, for the sake of the video, i think its an snapcall so that we dont have to guess about what he had.

Joe or DD... this is the first time ive played around with these equities, maybe you can tell me if this seems plausible or not.

I really think this video should be posted as (at most) $$, rather than $$$. A five and ten hi lo split game with a fifty cent ante is NOT high stakes.

I thought the analysis was quite good, however there is very little to learn through analysis of a no ante small limit stud game. Just my two cents.

Remeber that this play is in BeefCurtains's game. Checks the made straight on 5th versus hand that has very little equity either way. Its a good play I should work on instead of BET BET BET because what you occasionally give up is teeny tiny compared to the potential profits of your opponents making mistakes because they expect BET BET BET. Watch again. Not in Zee's book but this is most def an exception to BET BET BET.
