Joe Tall and Danzasmack are back as Jekyll and Hyde. This week Joe is Dr Jekyll this week as he plays Omaha Hi-Lo Limit. Will Joe push Danzasmack's buttons and cause him to tilt while just doing commentary?
Joe and Chuck debate each other’s play, live, in 6max LHE, FR 08, 6Max 08 and HULHE.

this is a real bonus for me. is the 6 max O8 one next week?
I would advise anyone who is looking for a low variance form of poker to check out this game.
Good series guys. Hoping for some more mid-stakes play. I hear you about the games not going, but doesn't it change the game quite a bit playing these stakes, just as far as the action and information from other players? Joe, you did mention you see the same things at the 40/80 game at the Bellagio...for real tho?!
39:00 - 2 3 3c 4c in MP; I agree with chuck in this spot. Especially in this game or at most smaller stakes games with two limpers in front of you I think you can limp this in MP counting on at least two more coming along including the sb. Hoping to smash the flop or easily get away from it. Joe talked about how little a set of 3s is worth, for sure, but we're not looking for a 3 here, we're looking for an Ace to hit the flop with another wheel card or an Ace with any another low and a club or two or three. Easy limp I think.
47:00 - Ah 8h Ad 2s checked to in position on Js Ks Jh flop; I gotta go with Chuck again here.
I think we can accomplish a lot more by betting here rather than checking behind. I think we're only getting check raised here by a J or a monster KK or KJ or maybe a Jack with a straight flush draw and so we can fold when we get cr, or make a pretty bad peel getting at least 11:1 and fold when we're donked to on any non ace turn.
When that doesn't happen we get rid of a couple people and more than likely get checked to on almost any turn card where we can check behind or safely fold to a donk bet.
As played standard fold on the turn.
Chuck you talked a bit about calling that river bet after calling the turn... really?
I meant if I could call the turn or river I like the river better.
The concept I am trying to apply is this:
A weakish player bets a 7752 board that has a flush draw and you call with 33. The river is an A and he bets again. I'm fine calling here because he basically needs a 7 to be betting because he won't bet a 5.
Basically I'm saying "he bets a-z on the turn. But he only bets a, b, and c on the river." and in this spot I think a lot of d-z is a value bet.
Does that make sense? I like a turn fold in this SPECIFIC spot though.
And Joe is right about the 40 @ the bellagio.

1 more FR O8 where I'm Dr. Jekyl then we get some 6max O8.

I'm really looking forward to 6-max LO8 (or shorter). Full ring play is so nitty that you have to play your hand and the board only, without really "playing the poker" aspect of the game.

With this hand you want to flop an Ace, however if two under the gun players already limped in the pot its very likely two aces are gone already. So your chances are very slim to hit a good flop, furthermore if you get raised you are in an even more awkwarded spot because another ace is gone but you will get huge odds on a call knowing that your hand is already toast.
For me the spot is even less close as for Joe, you can discuss about how much of a fault it is to limp here but it is a fault for sure.

I see why you would think that people can and will do stupid stuff here like this guy did. My question is do you think they are doing it often enough to pay for the rake you are potentially paying off? I know the rake kills at these low stakes.

Left table: can't peel here getting about 10-1 (or 5-1) for backdoor low/straight/hearts?
