Situation is as follows: 6-handed game, none of the players is overly aggressive. We are in the small blind with 852xx. MP opens, 2 folds, we call in the SB. Then BB 3-bets, and MP caps.
I don't feel like drawing to an 8 given the amount of action, and I'm not going to call 2 bets cold and draw 3. I think this is an excellent time to bail out and fold.
Anyone disagree?

Depending on where the raise came from (HJ or CO) and just how aggressive an opener MP is, I don't think just folding to the initial raise predraw is terrible. Your certainly not giving up much by just getting out of the way, assuming you don't have much of a playing edge postdraw.
As played, if you can reasonable put both players on fairly strong 1 card draws (at the lower stakes its pretty rare for anyone to cap anything but a 1 card wheel draw) then I like the fold. If you think there's a chance someone is just going crazy with something like 732xx, you might need to start calling the 2 bets and drawing 2.

I'd never fold either time, but I agree with Soep. You can't fold here, either he has a one card draw and you are ok, or he has a pat hand and his range of dealt pat hands is heavily weighted towards 8s you are plenty live against or worse.

Something to consider is that 2-7 is a bit different than LHM, huge pre-draw action doesn't necessarily mean we're going to be stuck in a raising war post-flop super often. After the 1st draw more information becomes available and people act accordingly. People know they need to betraiseraisebetbet aces post-flop, but there are so many choices and information that needs to be computed post-draw that you can exploit people in more ways than just "catching up". I guess I'm saying pre-flop RIO aren't as prevelant as in LHM because equities run closer together? This is pretty rambly but hopefully it makes some sense.
