i was wondering about the below razz hand, especially the play on 3rd and
6th street but any comments on any street would be helpful.

3rd street: is it ok to be raising, re-raising since the bring-in is trying to stay in?
seat 5 limps all his hands he plays even the good ones so i don't necessarily
think i'm ahead of him...i was only raising/re-raising vs the bring-in since
i was definitely ahead of him.

what about on 6th street? when he bets into me i didn't know if i should
raise or just call? i didn't understand his bet? is there a reason for that?
even though my 4 paired, the shown cards looks like i'm still ahead (the 3 paired
is in the hole).

Once he calls 5th just give up. He isn't folding and our hand is trash. I'd probably just check/fold 5th.

Yep, everything else looks fine, but he sure isnt folding 5th, your bet is no good there as it only ties you to the pot.
