i haven't really tried a snow before so just checking if
this was ok/good spot or was i just lucky?
most of the time people were folding if drawing vs pat hand on river.
i didn't think i could really do much with the hand on the last draw.

thanks.

I was writing a pretty long post going through each point in the hand but I realized that it all comes back to pre-draw. This is a good example of how these starting hands get you into bad situations. Personally I would fold pre-draw, or consider completing and looking for serious improvement after the 1st draw to continue.

As far as the snow you are repping a smooth hand and you ended up rough, and we've discarded some of villains outs, so bluffing makes sense. Considering stg1109 drew 1 and then folded the turn I suppose we should be bluffing more often then normal in these games, but I wouldn't count on getting through a 2 and 1, on the 2nd draw too often.

Nice Bluff!

Agree with dayoldhater. The snow and river bluff are the only good part of the hand. If I raised it predraw (which I wouldn't do but I don't think is awful) I would just stand pat immediately once you catch 34566, 3456 is not a draw, its probably worse than just drawing to 345 again and tossing both 6s.

Agree with DD, either pat the 34566 or draw again to 345. Given that you're OOP I'd probably lean towards patting, it'll make things easier for you!

Also I would probably complete the SB and draw 2 predraw. Yes you're obviously rough (if they are paying enough attention and are good enough to realize that) but I think thats less bad than inflating the pot OOP with a hand like this. It also lets you c/f cheaply if you don't improve after the first draw!

yeah, i don't really know what i was thinking pre-draw.

in general, once you get to turn/river,
you would be more likely to snow a hand in position also, right? or do
people seem to give you more credit oop and look u up more when you're on the btn?
(maybe that's a too player dependent question?)

I would generally give a little less credit to people who pat in position (after being checked to, at least), but not by a large margin.

FWIW drawing to 346 would be better than drawing to 345 once you've seen 34566.

I like giving 3456 one shot if your plan is to pat any jack or better and snow if you catch a queen or worse if the pot is headsup, but multiway it's just a recipe for disaster and you were lucky to get the guy drawing 1 to fold.
