He seems fairly aggro but no firm reads. Fold this? Enough chance that he could be going crazy with T9 or whatever to be tempted into a call?
What about my reraise size btw?

This is really opponent dependent spot. Against a typical opponent at these stakes that would be an easy fold, because they all seem to be huge nits. If you have a read that he's aggro this maybe be a call, but that should be a pretty good read.

Yeah that was my thinking too. I don't find the play at these stakes ridiculously tight, but do find it ridiculously passive. I've had my fingers burnt with pat hands way better than this.
