Hello DC

I played this hand on Ipoker, and somehow Im not able to receive the HHs from there. So I will try to do this another way, and I hope you can understand it.

3rd street:
Hero holds: 8 K |2
Villain holds: XX|Q

Dead cards are: 3d, Qs, 8d, Tc

I bring-in, villain complete, I raise, which villain calls.

4th street:
Hero holds: 8 K |2 9
Villain holds: XX|Q 2

I bet, villain calls.

5th street:
Hero holds: 8 K |2 9 8
Villain holds: XX|Q 2 9

I check, villain check

6th street:
Hero holds: 8 K |2 9 8 3
Villain holds: XX|Q 2 9 6

I check, villain bet, I call

7th street:

Hero holds: 8 K |2 9 8 3 4
Villain holds: XX|Q 2 9 6 |X

I check, villain bet, I call

I hope this makes any sense. I would really enjoy some feedback, as im unsure if I lvled myself into calling 6th.

Well villains 5th street check looks odd, but I'm not sure about the 6th street call? It seems like a good portion of your two pair outs are dead (only the K's are all left).

I don't see how he can have a Queen here, 9's are also unlikely.

three 's with the 9? weak Qx in the hole, or TT, and he just plays terrible? You didn't give any reads and I was just looking at your board for improvement to two pair.

Also, how are you acting first in these situations? Isn't he the high board with a Q?

I just think TT in the hole is unlikely, also split Q as I think he would raise me on 3rd.

Reads would be nice. Also, villains position is important i.e. was he completing from early position or last to act.

I don't necessarily expect villain to always 3-bet 3rd with split Queens.

This. That would also explain his "weird" check on 5th, he was going for the check-call.

Im sorry for the bad layout, it was a bit hard to remember the hand correctly. Ipoker doesn't show it in a replayer. He might not 3bet queens 3rd, but wouldn't you expect him to raise it at some point, esp with my board?

Well on 3rd and 4th you are just semi bluffing a backdoor flush, but your board doesn't help you rep much, so I don't like those bets. If you had a strong looking board, like K-A or something that would be better. Then when you pair up, you check. I think that is a better card to bluff, since you actually have equity. And then you pay off on the later streets when it should be obvious you're beat, since he's pretty much repping QQ+ and I don't think he's likely bluffing. Just my opinion, maybe he's bluffing, just doesn't seem likely.

Split Q's aren't your only consideration here, but as a side note I agree I don't think he auto 3bets any split Q here. What do you think his range is for completing here? I'm not sure you have the best draw...
