Not sure if capping here is a mistake on 3rd vs this many players with zero live cards to hit. Everyone folding 4th?

Certainly a much on 4th, yes. But, just call 3rd, esp with an 6 and Ace dead, dont forget, multi-way you are going to have to improve on that A/A to likely win, so you need a live draw to two-pair or better.
