Wow.

For an hour or 2 that's already prepaid and slots booked fair enough, but for 12 hours he won't refund?

I'll stay away.

Hey guys,

This situation will be resolved shortly. n0whereman is working to ensure that MelkGedrag will receive his money back by reselling the package to another buyer (a resolution that MelkGedrag and n0whereman have worked out together). A refund was not offered as the package was negotiated upfront with the intent of it being a full package, and n0whereman has already invested time in the coaching relationship (including a questionnaire and one scheduled lesson that MelkGedrag missed).

Additionally, there is already a buyer working with n0whereman on this deal. I talked with n0whereman for about 45 minutes yesterday making sure that the situation would not only be resolved, but resolved quickly. It will be. It's complicated somewhat because n0whereman's wife is 39.5 weeks pregnant, and he wants any buyer of the package to have knowledge of this fact, because it will impact his availability over the next few weeks.

The situation will be resolved amicably, and this shouldn't change anyone's views of n0whereman, as unfortunately the full story isn't being told in the OP.

Hope this clears things up. I've asked Jason to post in here as well.

I'll add that this situation is basically resolved, with someone else taking over the sessions as soon as MelkGedrag confirms. I see no need to get into the specifics of this situation which haven't been disclosed here, but as far as I know everyone is pleased with the resolution. I've also explained myself fully to Entity, who by all accounts supports my actions. My intent was always to have Lars or someone use this time, not to take his money and run.
