I've been playing Texas Holdem for a few years now. Know the rules, know a little theory, am quite calculated, mathematical, have discipline and figure that with a little training and an IQ higher than most (don't want to be cocky, just being factual) that I could learn a system to earn a little cash online.
I'm based in Dublin / Belfast at the minute.
I'm up for suggestions but I guess I'm just looking for someone successful in their own game to maybe give me a hand?
I'll warn you now, I don't have a tonne of cash to throw at training but I'm open to suggestions. Maybe even something creative like a share of winnings in a time scale.

Lol there is no system. Try to start with a small bankroll in micro stakes and get a premium account here on DeucesCracked. Watch and learn from videos and once you reach small/medium stakes you can start to think about hiring a coach.

Seriously - if you're looking to earn a little cash (and aren't already good at online poker), you should probably just get a part time job.
Loads of people who describe themselves as you do suck balls at online poker. You don't know whether you're one of the few who will be any good. Plus, it will take you hundreds of hours to get good even if you are destined to eventually get there.

You are better off not getting a coach and concentrate on other training methods, including: watching videos, posting hands, discussing other players' hands, making a video for others to review, joining a Skype group; at least at this stage in your poker development.
Once you start beating the games and are moving up, then you should start looking into coaching.

i actually think different, i recommend getting coach 4 cheap such as myself =)
cause in stages of learning poker, you always think you comprehended it all/know better
when reading forums/watching videos etc... plus a lot of ppl responding are idiots, and just like posted
above there is no pre-determined strategy, so anyone posting replies to posts on hand history doesn't
know crap.. i mean they can make a relatively accurate guess on reviewing the play, but even after that
your/opponent(s) situations&play styles maybe completely different
+ i come cheap, have fucking drug problem/casino & sports betting problem -- so i am always
under-rolled, i actually PLAY (not RUN) better that way...

No offence, but if this is not a beautiful troll I think it would be best for op to stay away from you.
SCS advice is gold. Don't need a coach yet. Just watching, learning and applying Wilt On Tilt's maths series will take a month, then there's The Haj School, and a billion other videos.

Talk to any reputable coach, and they will tell you the same thing. If not, then they aren't someone you want to be giving your money to.

uhm how am i wrong? he's looking for coach as a beginner meaning hes obviously not doing too well at the game? or wants a higher win-rate ...
so lets say he watches some videos/post hands/reads strategy/ etc..
lets assume he's already playing w/ proper br management... he goes back and plays based on what he learned, there's still going to be fucking leaks in his game
& what i can do for fair price is exchange all the negative EV hands he played, how he should have analyzed (thought process) the hands, & course of action based on his play style / current bankroll (meaning prior to roughly past 5k+ hands @ live)--- have not determined if this is correct way to assess
bankroll/variance, but i prefer this assumption
correct me if i'm wrong but i think coaching is still wayyyyy better... but i guess that depends on person's learning ability everyone learns differently..

-add to above post on why you're an idiot
you instantly assume result of drug problem, what does that make me assume of you when it comes to poker
is it possible, that peoples brains are composed differently as far as how they think (life experience / knowledge), frontal cortex [how they react to situations], neurotransmitters, IQ/EQ ? etc.. im sure list goes fucking on and on
