Coaching Poker Forums

i play 5-10+ regularly played a bounch 5-10 alot of 10-20 some hu vs other regs. mostly on ftp
played some 25-50 and 50-100 on stars and ftp when the games are good.
i ve being on vacation for 1.5month away from poker. / played a little bit 25-50 , 50-100 couple hu matches/1 hour short 6 max sessions at 5-10 and 10-20
played about 3-4000 hands maybe less during the vacation (results in -20some ks ) not a big deal but i feel like im a little bit rusty. so seaking for a good coach
right now i have in mind are flawless / fwf/ ansky

any other recomendations /dont know if is allowed in here but coaches from other sites are fine too/ couple others i have in mind thats not dc/ oldjude/sauce1234/ mcdaddy /umdtennis / aejones(so expensive i think i have to get into leggo producer so he can decrease his rate to 1k/h)

so guys, plz help me pick one or other suggestion u have in mind plz feel free to exprese

forgot to mention i play nl lol
and played a bit 2-4 3-6 cap oamaha for fun /trying to learn/ an omaha coach would be cool too
