Do you guys consciously work on guarding the nice atmosphere here on DC? I mean, of course the forums get moderated, but there seems to be a nice 'us' feeling of which even people who don't post that often feel part of, and this is something you will not find on 2+2 for instance. The great attitude of the producers and instructors is of course very helpful, but are there other measures you take to guard the 'DC-feeling'? And do you, when selecting coaches and instructors, evaluate them on their ability to contribute to this?
I definitely do. When I see a new poster making really nubby posts I first welcome them to the forums and then take some time to really thoroughly answer their questions. I think receiving that sort of response from anyone (but maybe even moreso from a coach) is likely to have an impact on the rest of your DC interactions. I'd also say that a happy side effect of this is that a lot of posters tend to model this type of behavior.

I'll be amazed if they answer this! Though they did state "Anything"
They said you could ask anything. They didn't say they'd answer it
Different people get paid different amounts and for obvious reasons they can't release that information.

So when will we finally get to see a video done by Phoinix?
It's in the works, he did a video recently and it's just get cleaned up in the production phase before our founders review it to see if it will be released. So I would say within the next season and a half.

how much do you get paid for a episode?
i will go ahead and disclose that i make less per video than fwf baluga and those other HSNL ballers, which is an outrage and i'm glad the DC community is finally taking a stand on this serious issue
