I don't think it's important to find a coach that has played at the same site. There are no huge differences between sites.

True, not major at least. It was more like wake up call for euro coaches.

I'm not sure that's true. At least from my experience it isn't.

OP: I play on Betfair but having never played at ongame I can't say if the play is similar or not. You have a wealth of options before you in terms of finding a coach that can crush the games you're in.

I play 100-200nl on Ongame 5max and HU. There's a big difference in play, especially when comparing to American sites. If you can't find anyone from DC shoot me a pm. GL

The diffrence is there 6 max is 5 max so you get alot of 4 handed-3 handed play

Guide to crushing OnGame upto like the end of MSNL:
a) Don't get hardcoretilted by software (can you rebuy without sitting out by now?)
b) Valuebet, valuebet, valuebet
c) Don't bluff as much as on other sites, reduce cbet frequency drastically, mix in more delayed cbets
d) If you bet commit more to the hand and barrel > 1 street

TL;DR A huge amount of players are calling stations. Possibly one of the fishiest site/network there is.
I don't coach, don't PM me

I don't think this is true for OnGame. It's basically what most people who can't play on Party anymore falsely think Party is

The diffrence is there 6 max is 5 max so you get alot of 4 handed-3 handed play

Yeah, still resist the urge to loosen up imo. Just nit up and carry home buckets of $ when you hit hands.

Thanks all for your input. I did like those points clowntable stated I have that AHK which let's you reload without sitting out, that was the most annoying thing in ongame. Lot's of 3 - 4 handed play and thats needs some work (LOT).

ps. I hired improva for coach

I think that any good coach can teach you how to beat the levels that you're learning, regardless of the site. After all, it is the individual players, table conditions, and how they collaborate in your games given the game conditions that determine thought processes, relevance of various factors, and the options available to you, not the name of the skin/site (and I'm sure these good coaches have come across the adjustments needed when incurring these different players across many sites and limits, even if a certain level of play or theme of a player occurs more often on ongame than on another given site). If you truly learn, in its essence, how to think, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you'll be able to beat the limit on any site.
