I signed about a week ago with Deuces cracked and shipped them $395 via moneybookers to get a coaching package with Der Brain.
The next day I got a coaching/staking deal elsewhere and requested a refund of the money I had sent them.
Over the last 4 days I have sent the coaching department 4 emails regarding this with no response. It is incredibly frustrating as I need the money back ASAP and they don't seem to care enough to even respond.
Please can someone contact me regarding this ? I am a paying member of DC and it doesn't seem very professional. I will update this thread when the problem has been resolved.
