Cold 4-bet you mean? YOu can use it whenever you think someone is reraising light.

No, you definitely have to tighten up your 3-betting if stacks are shallower.

On that AQ v 33 hand, it's hard not to be results oriented, but -

Given his line and remaining stacks, to you think in retrospect his value betting range is narrower than his calling range? Do you feel air comprises any sort of his river shoving range?

I think air is a v small part of his range and yeah I think if I open jam river, he calls 33 there.
