This is wicked guys! It was nice to make this video with Aaron and Joe. Joe missed his calling of being a talkshow host.

Wow. In the second hand both Ruben and aron talk about a low AF of 1 on a fish that has 40vpip. 1 isnt as low as you guys make it think with a vpip of 40. AF = (raise% + bet%) / call%. If a guy plays 40% of his hands, it means that he is making an aggressive move half of the time, which is not substantually low in my opinion. (correct me if im wrong)

You are right that it makes a difference. But still an AF of 1 is really low, it means he calls as much as he raises and bets, so that still makes him a calling station. Allthough he might be betting lighter he is still calling way to much.

Joe is entirely correct re the breaks. I personally take a 5 min break every hour, no matter who is at my tables. If I were to stop doing that, I would expect my bb/100 to go down exponentially (to a point). If you are not human, then ok, this does not apply. I don't agree that there is a case for session winnings vs bb/100.
