I was going to give up all river until the 10 falls and he checks. So now that took all his 10-x out which makes his range entirely underpairs. what do we think about that?
His hand looks like Tx to me.
I dont understand why you make 4x against a nit in the BB. Has it got something to do with your starting stack size? Less should do the job fine.
I would expect most nits to fold pockets pairs at least on the flop as played. So on the turn, I see no reason to barrell against a nit, but I would do so against a laggy opponent.
On the river. I think he is better like 97.4% of the time and is calling any bet lower than pot. If you want to bluff, make it 150% pot. But this is can not due to how few chips you have left. But as I already insuniated. I consider this a bad barrel spot. If you wanna 3 barrell against a nit. You can do it by betting under pot earlier in the hand. He is likely to show strength if he has it. And he is likely to fold to a river overbet shove.

im not sure i follow the turn not being a barrell. we have equity, initiative and the turn strengthened our range. villain has 99 and under a lot.
when he called turn, i felt he had 10-x but then he CHECKS the river when a 10 comes.

what else is he supposed to do? donk-shove on you?
don"t think either that this a good spot for a river overbet because you rep mostly a missed draw and very few monsters...

it's pretty standard for him to check the river with a T here, or a boat, why would he lead out? I would expect him to check close to 100% of his range here
if hes nitty he isn't calling the flop and turn that often with pairs < Ten
just give up here
