Villain seemed reggy and a bit tight, we'd played on the same table for 40 min with nothing really noteworthy happening.

Fold or see some more cards? Would it change if we had Kc or Qc?

with what i know, i'd fold.

and if Kc or Qc, i'd still fold cause even if my outs hit i wouldn't' love getting it in since we don't have any nut draws

wtf I have no idea what you are duffte are on about..... this is a great cbetting spot especailly with KQ.

Id need a pretty strong read (ie. he raises a ton IP) to c/c the flop with KQ

we are IP

but i dont think it's a bad cbetting spot, i just think that there might be hands that are too strong to "waste" by bet/folding

ok good point......

I cbet a lot but thats because I like to pick up the dead money in the pot. Depending on how good/aggressive the player is the more willing I am to check back.

In itself it looks like a pretty clear fold. If you had the FD as well I would 3bet this flop.

If you have a clean image or useable reads on him you can do various things.

You can 3bet with the intention of folding. And a small 3bet to 2x in position should get a ton of respect.

You can call if you have some good reads, on how he follows up after a CR. You plan to either fold or take it away from him later.

I think c betting here is super standard, and i would fold to this raise without more info.
