You say betting would be OK if he had JJ here in table 1... do you think JJ is always part of his UTG 4betting range PF? Is it a standard 4bet-call for you UTG?

On table 1 involving the QQ hand around the 3 min mark what do you think about his 4 bet pf and cbet on that board? Trying to look at it from his perspective, I can't really think of too many hands you're flatting the 4b with that are going to fold to a cbet on that board.

Why not just BTN flat the 87s with the 24/8 passive guy in the BB? I feel like this is a spot where I'd mix up 3betting and flatting but leaning towards flatting slightly deeper & with a looser more passive player in the blind.

Don't you lose the credibility to rep anything really strong w KJ when you don't bet the turn ? You are capped now. When you bet you are not capped and can rep really strong hands still. I think it is safe to say that villain is capped at weak tp when he checks the turn. We bet the turn and river 100% of the time and pick the pot 100% of the time. Until :

A) Villain calls turn bet and river shove w A5. At this point villain despite being capped still calls us down. Auto bet turn & river won't be profitable anymore.

B) Shows up with AT. Which means he is not capped to begin with. Auto bet turn & river won't be profitable anymore.

Until A or B happens bet turn & river 100% of the time.

What hand do you beat with QQ when he bets ?

You check the flop with KJ because balance ? And probably because you are not going to get three streets value if you just bet 3x ? I like the check but also like lines of, cbet-cc or cbet 2x and ch. We can have two streets of value easily but the latter lines don't define your hands so well.

Table 2
I don't know if an argument that we want to protect against his FD's is correct. He will probably call w/ FD if you shove but it's highly likely that he will bet many turns if you just call. That way you keep his bluffs in the range.

Hey ansky,

Wrt a completely unrelated video. Have been enjoying/appreciating the prahlad short recently, and got a lot out of the original 2p2 thread. I know you said it was a significant thread, I was wondering if there were many others like it you can remember off the top of your head?

I've been through 2p2 and think I've covered most of the theory bases (xorbie's HU btn raising, stuff on overvbetting etc), its likely ive missed a lot of individual hands that may be important/interesting that were discussed in depth. Any chance of a brief list?

Thanks

Why do you need table ninja? The pokerstars hotkeys work pretty well.

On this flop, you said you would c/c/c w/ your K and c/c/f if you had a Q. But, it seems to me that K5 here is virtually the same hand Qx (depending on your kicker, of course). Could you explain why you think Q is a fold otr in this case?

edit: nevermind, I should listen to the rest of the explanation before posting question lol

In the KJ hand on table 4, what hands could he be bluffing with? The board just hits his range so hard, I can't think of any hands other than 98s that have a reason to bluff. It also looks like you can have hands like QJ or KJ quite a bit, so I don't know if he would try to barrel even if he had a hand to do it with.

on 4min with the QQ vs the utg 4bet.

Could you explain your call on the rvr a bit more.
Isst the K on the turn a good card for him if he was bluffing.
obv it looks to him you have some sort of SDvalue so would he be bluffing AQ there or thin vbet TT,JJ on the river you think ?
