On the 97dd question, what if we call turn, river pairs the board and swede bombs it? Is the pairing card relevant? Is the old guy coming along relevant?
Edit: I mean, of course it's relevant, but how relevant?

In most live low limit games, most players are only considering the actual monetary value of the bet, and not how large the bet is in relation to the pot. So a 1/2 pot river bet is considered a very strong bet, even though it's not that large compared to the pot.
I think it would really help the viewers and the participants if you list the hand next to the question. I keep having to rewind to see what was going on. Perhaps screenshots of the table (like HEM replayer) could also be a viable option.
I like the format and Andrew is really funny and a great gameshow host. I imagine him wearing a tophat and a monocle while conducting the questions.

I think this is a fold. I don't really see how this is a profitable spot. We are raising against a likely tight opening range and he will also probably call lighter given that there is a weak player in the pot. Then we are stuck OOP in a MW pot with a hand that plays poorly. Even if UTG does fold, it's not even all that great of a spot against the fish. We are basically counting on being able to take it down often with a cbet because we very rarely make a hand where we want to play for stacks, unless he's really stationy or spazzy. Then we also have to consider that BB will sometimes cold-call our squeeze. It seems like that this is maybe very marginally +EV at best imo.
Too funny with this Swedish thing! What perception do you really have...
"He could have anything...!!"
By the way, I like the format strongly! wd

I think I prefer jamming the turn to jamming the river. We don't know if villain is barreling the river with a weak range (probable, but we don't know for sure). Also, when villain bets 70bb he has 114bbs left behind. Villain might call here with a lot of hands that beat us like 77, or 5x because all the draws miss. I think by jamming the turn, we maximize our fold equity and deny villain a cheap river.

+1.
3betting here is spew. Its trying to rely on such a parlay. UTG folds, BB folds, BTN calls or folds, and we turn a profit oop vs BTN postflop.

What would you do, if old guys raises or shoves, easy fold right?
