Whether or not the button is TAGG or LAGG has nothing to do with it, it's just a question of being out of position with a marginal holding vs. a competent opponent you need to worry about.
As played, I think getting 1.5 to 4 makes any Ace a close call vs. a very aggressive button, but on the flop it's either a check/fold or a check/raise and not a check/call. Once you reach the turn, I think you just call down and show a profit from busted spades, busted hearts and any T he turns into a bluff.
Edit: Eh, sample size is miserable, I think it's better to ditch it and wait.
Even with a BDFD, I don't like playing passively with Ace high on a two tone board, 8x is hard enough

We have 90 hands (≈ 5 btn opens). I find it very unlikely that he is actually opening 100% of hands.
The sample is really small, you are right there. But in general vs a 100% opening range it is a call.
Should villain actually have a 100% range in this situation we still don't know how he plays postflop - that means I would fold marginal hands that I would often feel tempted to play passive postflop. If I had to pick something different than folding it would be 3betting.
I am a little bit afraid that you think that you don't have an edge vs a 44/29 postflop?
Just kidding.
I think the most important factor is if we are able to make a winning by playing this hand. Right now if we are folding we are losing 100bb/100h! But, if we are able to lower it to let's say -70bb/100 then it would be really huge. Obv it is tough to make an ev-calculation on that, but vs a 100% range it has to show a profit if we aren't completly braindead
