villain is a not too bad fish with 33/19, 8% 3bet. in a previous session he was playing a bit worse with 40/20. this are his combined stats so i guess in this session it was around 28/19.
his fold to cbet is 37%, 38% aggression frequency

only note I have was that he doesnt cbet his monsters and opens 4x preflop when he has AK.

preflop it gets a bit hard to estimate his range, but I figure he just flats a lot of his 3betting range.

whats your plan on the flop? I like to bet to fold out his EQ. problem is he never folds a pairs and might fold AQ. nevertheless I have 6 outs and if I bet the flop and hit he will be committed.

as played it sucks balls but I have to give up, right?

haven't played much NL400 but I would imagine the rules would still apply when a BB 3bets a UTG open... you probably don't want to 4bet with AKo.

I'd probably fold in most cases against an unknown and maybe call if suited.

As Played:
"his fold to cbet is 37%"
"he doesnt cbet his monsters"

That alone makes me say check/fold flop and turn since we have no backdoor equity. We also aren't going to bluff this guy often with a flop cbet plus there is a chance he's slowplaying us.

"might fold AQ"
I doubt AQ would be in a BB 3bet range against a UTG open... most likely be calling with that and extremely unlikely he would be calling a 4bet with it
