I wouldn't 3bet the flop -> he either has a draw here or TT/22/A2s. Wait for a safe turn card & jam on that. If he has 22 you still have 20% equity so it could be worse, but your problem is that the draws will still have decent equity. So I think it's best to jam on a safe turn card (non-spade).
For example QJss has 42.5% equity against your top 2 now, but if the 5d turns QJss only has 27% equity.

I would prefer 3-betting the flop, we're basically committed with our hand strength here and I don't want to flat the flop and let a bad turn roll off, but I think it's an OK play, as there aren't that many bad cards.
I would make the flop 3-bet larger -- you're giving him pretty good odds to hit a flush.
I would definitely call the the shove -- not the greatest spot but people do enough bad, random things that I wouldn't put someone on just one single hand and find a fold here with good odds.
