You don't really need to worry about meta in a spot like this (and probably not too much against a 100NL regular that you don't play with much.)

Sometimes, even with no history, you can shove here because people expect you to bluff it all the time,thus it's a straight-up value shove -- but that's probably a move for higher limits.

The standard play is to check. The far majority of opponents will fold everything you beat here.
