I should have really 3-bet my AA, but I was hoping to disguise the strength by 'just calling'. Recently I've been raising with AA and just getting folds, it's the hand that makes me the most money according to Pokertracker.
No stats on villain.
I figure it is standard practice to 3-bet AA to flush out small pairs and other hands? Should we always 3-bet AA PF no matter wether we are HU or multi-way?

yes at 200 just 3bet every time and u will not put in tough spots later in the hand most of the time. There is sometimes a small point for calling behind utg1 against an utg raise with very active players behind. But just never do that at 200 imho. It will often times lead to an multiway pot where you have AA oop. Which defititely sucks.

I will trap AA a decent amount at 6-max but full-ring seems like the wrong place to do it with less squeezing and people less willing to stack off with one-pair postflop.
A better adjustment if you're getting a lot of folds preflop when you 3-bet your good hands is to exploit their nittiness and start 3-betting a wider range of hands.
