Something else to consider here beyond katallo being known to slow play is that the rest of the table probably knows forhayley has a propensity to squeeze. forhayley is a regular too so I would expect katallo to probably be aware of this and be even more likely to slowplay in this scenario.

Also, I kinda wonder what types of hands or situations katallo 3bets preflop if he has a 7.5% 3bet and doesnt 3bet QQ+ and AK...
